Five Ft. Three

“A society that puts equality before freedom will get neither. A society that puts freedom before equality will get a high degree of both.” ― Milton Friedman

John 14:27

on September 14, 2007

I received this Bible passage in an e-mail today (with one of those feel good stories that I doubt is true but is nice nonetheless):

Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world
gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

I know I try to make a daily prayer for peace, but I need to remember that peace on earth is fragile at best, because we are imperfect humans. God’s peace is different, it is better. I wish for you all God’s peace in your lives my friends!
