Would you give to this charity?

on August 8, 2011

If you knew that the charity routinely spent more money than it took in, and that the CEO of the charity had no business experience and that most of the people who worked there were lawyers, and that the charity never had to be audited by an independent auditor, would you willingly give your hard earned dollars to that charity?

I am guessing you would not.

So, why then would we want to give more of our money to the federal government, who thinks they need to be like a charity and be the ultimate helper to everyone when they totally suck at managing funds, and they only help whatever group they can buy the most votes from and/or scratches the back of their biggest campaign contributors?

  1. You make a very good point. Now if the lame-brains on the left would ever get to understand that, we may have been in another situation right now.

Very good points; Now go to geeez if you've got time and see where ELSE our money's spent! unbelievable!

The Democrats really don't want to get the fiscal house in order. It's just spend spend and spend some more. As you said recently Beth if we behaved the way the government does we'd all be in jail.

  4. soapster says:

Republicans don't really give a shit about getting it in order either. And, what's getting your fiscal house in order if your monetary policy is predicated on debt?

Thanks for joining in on the discussion!
